Base salary: $82,500 - 92,500/year, depending on experience Quarterly bonus structure for billing above 110 hours/month and above 120 hours/month -up to $2,000 Professional Development Funds to maintain BACB certification Assigned a caseload of clinical hours (which may include appointments in the late afternoons, evenings, and possibly weekends as required). While there may be occasional opportunities for remote or hybrid work, the majority of this role will be in person to best meet client needs. Full benefits:

Active BCBA® certification Completion of the 8-hour supervision training 3+ years experience working with autism or related developmental diagnoses Comfort with adult clients and individuals with complex behavioral needs Experience with severe behaviors preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Three professional and two personal references If you’re clinically grounded, collaborative, and looking for a role that values both your expertise and your boundaries.
