Their priority is to make a genuine human connection with the potential customers with the intent to qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution for their home and families. If you enjoy face to face interaction, engaging customers and find the idea of working out in the field exciting, then this is the job for you!Responsibilities/The ImpactDevelop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customersProvide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned onConduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long lasting relationshipsHandle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultationsAccurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolMeet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadershipQualifications/How You Will Be SuccessfulMinimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferredMust be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background checkExcellent communication and teamwork skills needed to partner cross-functionally when addressing customer needsWillingness to spend time traveling within local market, depending on business needs and sales modelWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate homeowners' schedulesIntermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications.
