Growing together.Optum Home Delivery is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our Pine Brook, New Jersey pharmacy operations team. In this role, you will support the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications to members across the country while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.Location: 19 Chapin Rd, Pine Brook, New JerseyWork schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pmPrimary Responsibilities:Review, verify and accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesOversees the activities of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy clerksOrganizes workload, sets priorities, completes assignments in a timely manner and utilizes resources appropriately while complying with department program standardsPerforms all duties and functions in compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulationsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in PharmacyActive and unrestricted Pharmacist license in good standing in state of New JerseyProven ability to move 25 poundsWilling to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:2+ years leadership experiencePBM or Managed Care experienceMail Order Pharmacy experienceHigh-volume Retail Pharmacy experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44 - $79 per hour based on full-time employment.
