Job Description

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers and provide support throughout their experience with Park 6 Logistics. You will assist with customer inquiries, provide accurate information, coordinate with internal teams, maintain organized records, and help ensure customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer questions and provide clear, professional assistance.

Assist customers with general service, account, and logistics-related inquiries.
