CGI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will design and deliver modern software solutions that solve meaningful business and technical challenges for enterprise clients. You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to design and build scalable applications and technology platforms using modern front end, back end, and DevOps technologies. This position is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee and supports a hybrid work environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities include: Partnering with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective technology solutions. Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and potentially production support. Designing and developing modern front end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular. Designing and building software solutions using technologies such as Python, Node.js, .NET/C#, and Java. Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Microsoft ADO. Designing and integrating applications with databases such as SQL Server and Oracle. Collaborating with development teams to improve technical solutions, delivery processes, and overall efficiency. Contributing to project planning, technical estimation, and delivery activities. Building trusted relationships with client and internal stakeholders. Continuously expanding your technical expertise and consulting capabilities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: 3+ years of experience developing enterprise software applications using Python, Node.js, .NET/C#, Java, or similar technologies. 1+ years of experience with front end frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience with object oriented design and development principles. Strong understanding of database design and SQL. Experience with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teammates, and technical stakeholders. Interest in developing technical leadership and consulting capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
