Sweetwaters opens in October 2026-apply today to learn more about joining our opening team!  Job Summary: As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of high-quality dishes in a timely, efficient, and sanitary manner. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and standards, contributing to our guests' overall dining experience.  Basic Job Duties:Wash, peel, cut, chop, slice, and prepare cooking elements meal preparation during a shift.Responsible for storing items in the refrigerator, covering items left in the open air, and preparing special food elements ahead of time so that they can be quickly accessed and used in cooking.May be responsible for preparing a certain portion of a dish.Work with speed and efficiency to ensure proper and timely output of restaurant menu items.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area throughout shift.Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of station. Break down and clean station thoroughly every day.Ensure proper rotation of all products to par. Label, day dot, and sign all products.
