Maintain active oversight of Back-of-House operations, managing key operational metrics to ensure financial accountability Drive service excellence and profitability by implementing strategic action plans, ensuring consistent quality control and flawless execution Execute personalized development plans and coaching sessions, actively mentoring team members to accelerate growth and leadership competencies What we need from you Required experience in a Sous Chef or comparable culinary role within the hospitality/restaurant industry Strong coaching and leadership skills focused on actively developing culinary partners A commitment to fostering a supportive, engaging, and performance-driven kitchen culture for all team members A drive for continuous professional growth, actively seeking and applying feedback, coaching, and mentorship Demonstrated ability to drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs The ability to legally work in the United States Earls is an equal opportunity employer.
