Job Number: 180183, Job Title: Manager Rehab Services-LBJ, Salary: $108,721.60 - $141,377.60 Job Summary Manages the day-to-day operation of the Rehab Services division assigned. Demonstrates competence to adapt work to accommodate the unique physical, psychological, cultural, safety, and other developmental needs of patients served by the department. Minimum Qualifications Degrees: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Audiology Master's Degree in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Audiology (preferred) License & Certifications: Texas licensure in Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist Work Experience: Three (3) years clinical experience in PT, OT, SP. Management Experience: One (1) year supervisory or managerial experience (preferred) Language Skills: Bilingual Skills; Spanish preferred Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing / Composing (Correspondence/Reports) Proficiencies: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel Job Attributes: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Analytical, Medical Terms, Research Work Schedule: Flexible Other Requirements: Member of APTA or AOTA; Must demonstrate competency in age-specific and job specific criteria.
