We are seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO and Program Governance leader to support a large-scale Omnichannel Analytics and Decision Intelligence organization. This role will serve as the central coordination point across business stakeholders, technology teams, analytics teams, delivery partners, and leadership.

\n

\n

The individual will drive portfolio governance, vendor management, executive communications, program planning, risk management, and operational excellence across a complex enterprise ecosystem. The role requires a highly organized leader who can effectively engage with senior leadership while managing day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise, executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities:-

Key Responsibilities

\n

Enterprise Portfolio Governance

\n

\n
• Manage end-to-end program governance processes across enterprise analytics initiatives.
\n
• Maintain integrated portfolio plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
\n
• Drive quarterly planning, prioritization, and execution reviews.
\n
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and program delivery.
\n
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and execution standards.
\n

\n

PMO Leadership & Program Execution

\n

\n
• Lead planning, tracking, and execution of multiple cross-functional initiatives.
\n
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action registers, and decision logs.
\n
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones.
\n
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure timely resolution of issues.
\n
• Standardizing project management best practices across initiatives.
\n

Vendor & Partner Management

\n

\n
• Act as primary interface for external delivery partners and managed service providers.
\n
• Manage vendor governance processes, performance reviews, and operational oversight.
\n
• Coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), resource planning, deliverables, and escalations.
\n
• Track vendor commitments, risks, timelines, and business outcomes.
\n
• Ensure accountability for agreed service levels and project deliverables.
\n

\n

Executive Communications & Leadership Reporting

\n

\n
• Develop executive-ready communications for Director, Senior Director, and VP-level stakeholders.
\n
• Prepare leadership presentations, governance updates, quarterly reviews, and strategic briefings.
\n
• Coordinate 30/30, 90/90, quarterly business reviews, and portfolio review meetings.
\n
• Translate complex technical and operational updates into concise leadership messaging.
\n
• Ensure leadership visibility into risks, achievements, dependencies, and strategic decisions.
\n

\n

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

\n

\n
• Build strong relationships across business, analytics, technology, data, and operations teams.
\n
• Coordinate activities across multiple business units, brands, and enterprise functions.
\n
• Facilitate alignment sessions and working groups to ensure successful execution.
\n
• Drive communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
\n
• Manage stakeholder expectations and create alignment on priorities.
\n

\n

Change Management & Business Adoption

\n

\n
• Support rollout and adoption of enterprise platforms, analytics capabilities, and digital initiatives.
\n
• Develop communication plans, adoption strategies, and change management approaches.
\n
• Coordinate training sessions, user enablement activities, office hours, and stakeholder engagement programs.
\n
• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
\n

\n

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

\n

\n
• Identify program risks and dependencies proactively.
\n
• Drive mitigation planning and escalation management.
\n
• Maintain governance documentation and program controls.
\n
• Ensure transparency and accountability across all active initiatives.
\n

\n

\n

UAT, Release & Operational Readiness

\n

\n
• Coordinate business readiness, testing timelines, deployment activities, and stakeholder communications.
\n
• Track UAT progress and issue resolution.
\n
• Partner with technology and business teams to ensure successful launch and adoption.
\n
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved with minimal disruption.
\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
\n
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Operations, or Strategic Program Leadership.
\n
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional programs.
\n
• Strong vendor management and third-party governance experience.
\n
• Proven track record engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Experience leading complex stakeholder ecosystems across business and technology organizations.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and portfolio management tools.
\n
• Experience developing executive presentations and leadership communications.
\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial Analytics, or Digital Transformation experience.
\n
• Experience supporting Omnichannel, Commercial Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Data & Analytics organizations.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
\n
• PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
\n
• Experience working with portfolio management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
\n
• Exposure to AI, analytics platforms, reporting ecosystems, and data governance programs.
\n
