Clinical Manager - Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Burlingame, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of approximately 4-6 therapists.

• Provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new clinicians.

• Promote best practices, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical excellence.

• Support the ongoing development of pediatric therapy programs.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload of approximately 24 pediatric clients.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and periodic reassessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

Team Development

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive clinic culture.

• Mentor therapists to encourage professional growth and clinical development.

• Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives.

• Support clinic performance, quality outcomes, and operational success.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (State-specific).

• Current NBCOT certification.

• Minimum 6 years of pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Sensory Integration (SIPT and/or CLASI training preferred).

• Feeding therapy experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Strong commitment to family-centered care and evidence-based practice.
