Experienced Part Time Unit Manager RN/LPN

The Unit Manager will oversee the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. You will utilize expertise in the leadership role as a manager; supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, Federal and corporate guidelines. The Unit Manager – RN/LPN coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance. Unit Manager (RN/LPN) Requirements: Promote and facilitate teamwork. Must have valid RN or LPN. Demonstrate a high standard of ethics. Knowledge of nursing and medical procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities. Leadership and supervisory skills. Able to make independent decisions.
