Administrative Office Manager

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Office Manager oversees day‑to‑day office operations, playing a fundamental role in the organization’s success. Compensation Start Pay: $50,000 annually. On‑Demand Pay Available. Employee Referral Bonus Program. Responsibilities Oversee payroll, ordering of office equipment and supplies, accounts payable processing, and help with travel arrangements. Maintain systems for databases, mailing lists, current licenses, and contracts. Arrange events and meetings for the management team. Supervise administrative support positions, including interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations. Act as liaison with IT department and manage technology setup for office, including inventory and collection of equipment. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field preferred. 1–3 years of administrative and supervisory experience. Proficiency in accounting and basic computer skills/applications. Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Commitment to the company’s client‑first mission and values.
