Senior Specialist, HR Operations (Benefits)

Role Overview The Senior Specialist, HR Operations delivers end-to-end customer-focused HR solutions, supporting employees, alumni, partners, and stakeholders through accurate guidance, thoughtful escalation management, and high-quality service delivery. Working closely with members of the Global Talent Organization and Benefits team, the Senior Specialist brings broad HR Operations knowledge and contributes to the planning and delivery of day-to-day HR service delivery activities. What You Will Do Deliver expert benefits, perks, and leave support for employees in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. Serve as a primary escalation point for complex benefits, perks, and leave issues, resolving cases efficiently and professionally in alignment with established processes. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR benefits operations, or a similar HR Operations role supporting benefits programs. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations, are a must.
