Overview A law firm seeks a Construction Litigation Associate in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction law, focusing on litigation and contract development for public owners, developers, architects, engineers, and design firms. Responsibilities Represent clients in complex construction litigation cases. Develop and negotiate construction contracts. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals on case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in construction law. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong academic credentials. Active bar license in Washington or eligibility to waive in. Education: Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred. Certifications: Active bar license in Washington. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication and negotiation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
