Position Senior Claims Advocate Department Claims Management Role Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Claims Advocate to join our growing Commercial Insurance Claims team. You’ll process new claims as they come in, complete pre‑renewal claims reviews, advocate for clients on their claims, submit claims to carriers, notify the service team of new claims, and maintain accurate claim logs and claim information in our agency management system (EPIC). Responsibilities Process new claims promptly and accurately. Complete pre‑renewal claims reviews. Advocate for clients on their claims. Submit claims to carriers. Notify service team of new claims. Maintain accurate claim logs and information in EPIC. Qualifications At least 5 years of insurance claims management experience. Experience working with EPIC is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑starter willing to invest time and energy in learning the technical aspects of our business. Integrity and relationship‑building skills. Required Experience: 2‑5 years of relevant experience.
