Project Manager III

Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Project Manager III in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Salary: $100k-$170k (depending on experience) The Project Manager III manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Essential Functions: Lead project execution ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Oversee project reporting, PMRs, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering. Ensure compliance with contractual and DoD requirements. Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams. Other duties as assigned or required. Required: 8–12 years of experience in program/project management or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects. Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM). Desired: Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs. Familiarity with EVM and program reporting. Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI). Additional Qualifications: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments. Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred.
