Field/Service Desk Technician (Hybrid)

Triada Networks provides cybersecurity and managed IT to SEC-regulated investment managers across the Metro NYC tri-state area. We're hiring a hybrid Field / Service Desk Technician who splits time between on-site client support across the tri-state area and remote service desk while working from home. You'll be a visible face of Triada at client sites, so professionalism, discretion, and clear communication matter as much as technical skill.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.We'll Provide:Annual salary of $55-60kUnlimited PTOExposure to cybersecurity and compliance work that goes beyond typical ITClear path to grow into higher-tier and specialized rolesWhat You'll Do:Provide L1-1.5 support at client offices and remotely: troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and connectivityHandle service desk tickets end to end: triage, resolve, document, and escalate to senior techs when neededWork alongside senior technicians on larger on-site projects, cutovers, and installs, and handle routine visits independentlySet up, image, and deploy workstations and user accountsSupport Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, and common business applicationsSet up, troubleshoot, and secure iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, including MDM enrollment and company email/app accessAssist with on-site network tasks such as switches, access points, and cabling, under senior tech directionKeep accurate ticket notes and asset documentationSkills You'll Need:1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience (L1 to L1.5)Solid grasp of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs)Comfortable supporting iOS and Android devices in a business environmentComfortable working both on-site at client offices across the tri-state area and remotely from a home officeValid driver's license and reliable transportationAble to work independently on routine on-site visits and collaborate with senior techs on larger jobsDiscretion and awareness around sensitive, regulated client environmentsNice to HaveExperience in an MSP environmentCompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certificationsExperience with MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf, or Apple Business ManagerApple certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional)Exposure to compliance-driven or financial-services clientsReady to Apply? xhyhwjd Submit your resume hereORGet a head start with the assessment and application here: working/work at home options are available for this role.
