- Supervising CNAs and providing clear guidance
- Responding promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
- Supporting families with updates and compassionate communication
- Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Helping improve processes for resident safety and care quality
- Current RN license in Illinois
- CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in SNF/LTC
- Calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and a strong team player
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- A commitment to kindness, respect, and integrity in every interaction
