Remote Call Center- Patient Care Rep

Our client, a forward-thinkingdigital mail-order and specialty pharmacy company, is seeking RemotePatient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound/outboundpatient inquiries. Job Title: Patient Care Representative – Call Center

Pay Range: $20/hr

Potential Schedules

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation.
• Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and/or Saturday shift.

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional service to patients regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery inquiries
• Handle outbound/inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally
• Resolve pharmacy-related issues promptly and accurately
• Document and enter data into systems with attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1-2 yrs Call Center experience required
• Healthcare or pharmacy backgroundpreferred

Remote Work Requirements:
