Utility Data Business Analyst Customer/CIS Transformation

Columbus, OH Hybrid / Travel up to 50%

Contract

Seeking an experienced Utility Data Business Analyst / Data Consultant with hands-on experience supporting Electric or Gas Utility Customer Transformation / CIS programs .

The ideal candidate will have experience with utility customer data, Customer Care/Customer Operations, data conversion, data validation, reconciliation, reporting, SIT/UAT, and cutover activities .

Required Skills

Public Utility / Electric Utility / Gas Utility experience
Utility Customer Care / Customer Operations
Customer Information System (CIS) transformation
Data conversion / data migration
Data validation and reconciliation
Reporting, dashboards, KPI requirements
SIT / UAT / testing
Mock conversion / cutover / go-live
Excel / PivotTables / data analysis
Business requirements gathering
Cross-functional stakeholder coordination

Strongly Preferred

Experience with multiple utility companies/projects
Customer-to-Cash / Meter-to-Cash
Utility customer data
Report rationalization
Data governance / analytics
Large-scale CIS or Customer Transformation programs

Location: Columbus, OH Hybrid

Travel: Up to 50%
