What You’ll Do As a Day Porter, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best: Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day Pick up trash and empty receptacles Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor Always use required safety equipment (we’ve got you covered!)
