This role focuses on repairs, maintenance, and inspections while ensuring all systems remain safe, reliable, and compliant.You'll work independently in the field while also supporting our internal maintenance team as the go-to plumbing expert.What You'll DoComplete plumbing repairs, replacements, and troubleshootingPerform routine and preventive maintenanceInspect plumbing systems during move-outs, turnovers, and onboardingSupport and guide in-house technicians on complex plumbing issuesEnsure all work meets local codes and company standardsConduct quality checks on vendor work when neededMaintain clear communication and a professional, customer-first approachWhat We're Looking ForRequired: Master Plumbing License (in-state)5+ years of plumbing experienceValid driver's licenseStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in the fieldComfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communicationOwn standard plumbing toolsPerform other duties as assignedWork EnvironmentDaily travel to local propertiesMix of indoor and outdoor workPhysical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)Additional Requirements:Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)Employment contingent on background checkHigh school diploma or GED
