Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP processes
• Experience working with school-aged children, including both individual and group therapy sessions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting specific communication needs
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress towards outlined goals
• Consult with educators, families, and staff to facilitate generalization of skills and provide support
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings and conferences
• Employ evidence-based therapy practices and maintain compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines
• Support students in accessing their curriculum through adaptive and innovative techniques
