Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to provide contract services for the upcoming school year near the Roca, NE area. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference for students while collaborating with a dedicated educational team.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a K-12 or school setting strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of a wide range of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies
• Skilled in IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with educators, support staff, and families
• Flexible, organized, and passionate about supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative services for students across grade levels
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation, progress notes, and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team sessions
• Offer resources and consultation to teachers and parents to enhance student success
• Adapt therapy methods to suit both in-person and, if needed, remote instruction environments
