New Grad RN Residency Cardiac Stepdown Unit

HCA Healthcare is seeking New Grad RNs for our Cardiac Stepdown Unit. This residency program supports your transition from student to professional nurse through structured education, precepted shifts, and mentorship. You will care for medically complex cardiac patients, perform focused assessments, monitor telemetry, administer medications, and document in the EHR. Working within a collaborative team, you will learn to manage post–cardiac procedure patients, provide patient and family education, and uphold our standards of safety, compassion, and evidence-based practice while building a strong clinical foundation and long-term career path.
