New Grad RN Resident Orthopedic Unit

Johnston-Willis Hospital seeks a New Grad RN Resident for our Orthopedic Unit. In this structured residency, you’ll provide direct patient care to post-surgical and orthopedic patients under the guidance of experienced preceptors. Responsibilities include assessments, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, wound and post-op care, patient and family education, and accurate EHR documentation. You’ll participate in evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary rounds, and ongoing training, building strong clinical skills in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on safety, compassion, and professional growth.
