• Arrange interviews between candidates and our recruiting team for deeper qualification
• Keep in touch with leads to sustain interest throughout their hiring journey
• Maintain accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn generous commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
