Looking for a hands-on role working with cutting-edge technology? We're hiring Robot Data Collection Operators to help train advanced humanoid robots in a structured lab environment. No robotics experience neededjust a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Use a VR headset and hand controllers to guide a humanoid robot through tasks
• Perform structured data collection sessions based on instructions
• Set up and reset props and work areas between runs
• Monitor data quality and report any issues
• Log session details and results using tracking tools
• Follow safety guidelines while working near active robotic systems

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable wearing a VR headset for extended periods (3+ hours)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
• Positive attitude in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or lab experience is a plus
• VR gaming or VR experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and moving for up to 6 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Full use of arms and hands for task execution

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with robotics, motion capture, or teleoperation
• Familiarity with basic tracking tools or systems
• Exposure to Linux or command line

Work Environment

This is a contract, shift-based role in a structured lab environment focused on humanoid robot data collection. You will work on-site, wearing a VR headset and using handheld controllers to teleoperate robots through physical tasks. The work involves standing, walking, and performing light manipulation tasks for extended periods, as well as lifting and repositioning props up to 30 lbs. You will operate near active robotic systems and must follow all lab safety protocols. The environment is goal-driven, process-oriented, and may evolve over time as tools, procedures, and data collection methods are refined.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
