BitGo is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement, supporting full-time recruiting efforts across the organization. This onsite role is based in San Francisco, CA (supporting either the Palo Alto or San Francisco offices) with an initial emphasis on G&A hiring , including coordinating interviews and maintaining a strong candidate experience. The role focuses on end-to-end coordination for sourcing and screenings, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and build targeted pipelines. The recruiter will manage interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders while keeping candidate activity and pipeline information current in the ATS. Responsibilities Source and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions using LinkedIn , Greenhouse , and other recruiting tools. Build targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach. Conduct initial candidate screens and evaluate candidates against role requirements. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse . Support recruiting across a range of functions as business needs evolve. Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches and stakeholders. Ensure candidates receive a timely, organized, and positive interview experience. Coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to keep recruiting processes moving efficiently. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates. Support offer and closing processes as needed. Requirements 2 to 10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environment. Strong sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates. Strong ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches. Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter , Greenhouse , Juicebox , or similar recruiting and ATS platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. Strong sense of urgency and capability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers. Detail-oriented and disciplined in running recruiting processes. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment. Compensation: Depending on your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $50 - $75 USD an hour .
