Sr IT Project Manager

Position Overview:
- 10+ years of IT/Technical Project Management experience with strong exposure to manufacturing/manufacturing engineering projects.
- Lead complex projects involving new manufacturing equipment, technology implementations, and enterprise systems .
- Medical Device, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- Remote U.S. role, working primarily in Pacific Time Zone , with occasional travel.
- Lead large, cross-functional programs with 25+ team members across IT, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive projects using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate requirements, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation activities.
- 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager .
- Strong hands-on experience supporting manufacturing or manufacturing engineering initiatives , preferably new equipment projects.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-team programs and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project governance skills.
- Medical Device, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Camstar/MES , or similar manufacturing applications.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
- PMP certification is desirable but not required.
