Associate Recruiter

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time remote Associate Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for various specialized positions in the health and wellness sector. Key responsibilities Completes full lifecycle recruiting processes, including developing candidate pipelines and managing applicants in the database Conducts Intake meetings with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and posts job openings Sources and recruits candidates through various strategies, including social media, networking, and AI tools Required qualifications 2 - 4 years of recruiting experience Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools, including Workday Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
