This role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, field operations, and business development to help our customers optimize production while growing our business.If you're driven by delivering results, creating value for customers, and building long-term partnerships, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs an Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to your customers while helping grow our business. Responsibilities include:Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.Provide technical chemical solutions that improve customer operations and reduce lifting costs.Manage an assigned territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities.Prepare customer reports, recommendations, and performance reviews.Conduct field analysis, troubleshoot production chemical issues, and recommend solutions.Manage chemical inventories, treatment programs, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Partner with Technical Services and Operations to resolve complex customer challenges.Lead and mentor Account Representatives and Service Technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.Monitor key performance indicators and help ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.Self-motivated with a strong business and sales mindset.Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.A strong communicator who can effectively interact with customers, employees, and leadership.Technically curious and enjoys solving complex production challenges.Committed to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.Results-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities and close new business.Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position, including understanding written and verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and job-related communications.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Minimum of one to five years of experience as an Account Representative or Account Manager within the production chemical industry.Working knowledge of production chemistry, chemical treatment programs, and field operations.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a Company vehicle in compliance with FMCSA requirements.Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the position.An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.Why You'll Love Working HereAt Aegis Chemical Solutions, we believe our people are our greatest competitive advantage.
