Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist certification/license in Illinois required
• Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Solid understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and the ability to support diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility adaptable to changing caseloads and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and 504 plans
