About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Driver division, a pivotal role in advancing the strategic and operational aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic programs, enhancing execution, and refining the autonomy product that underpins the company's commercial partnerships and deployment roadmap. This includes leading high-priority initiatives related to product maturity, partner readiness, and commercialization. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for creating and implementing structured programs to address complex technical and business challenges, as well as ensuring the alignment of partner expectations with the company's roadmap. Strong strategic judgment, technical fluency, and executive-level stakeholder management are essential for this position. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in technical program management, business operations, product/program management, engineering operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field. A background in working closely with engineering teams, particularly in areas such as robotics, autonomy, embedded systems, or AI, is highly valued. The role requires a proven track record of driving complex, high-impact programs and the ability to translate technical and product context into clear, actionable decisions. Experience in preparing materials for executive audiences and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating execution risks are also key qualifications. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing without direct authority, and experience in a fast-moving, high-tech environment is a plus.
