About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 08:00-17:00 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home health or hospice experience for nursing and home health experience for therapy License: Valid nursing license Certifications: Required certifications in relevant areas Must-Have: Experience in home health and hospice for nursing, home health experience for therapy positions in the local area Description: Call requirements are every 6-7 weeks for one week at night from 5 PM to 8 AM and that weekend. Night visits are not conducted from this office. Home health experience and hospice experience for nursing is required. Home health experience is necessary for therapy positions. A reliable vehicle is needed for patient visits. Scrub colors for nursing are navy blue or navy/white; therapy attire is business casual. Patient ratios are typically 5-6 patients per day. This position may require floating between home health assignments. Documentation system used is HCHB. Candidates should have experience in home health and hospice. Advanced skills may be required based on specific patient needs. Unit guidelines and policies will be provided upon hiring.
