Walpole, NH area, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9a-2p
Direct Support Professional (DSP) Needed – 25 Hours/Week ($18.00/hr)
Seeking a caring and reliable Direct Support Professional to work with an adult male with disabilities. Responsibilities
include providing community support and helping him engage in social and recreational activities.
Hours: 25 per week
Direct Support Professional Requirements:
- transportation of individual for errands, appointments and community participant programs
- continued support and development of individual's monthly goals
- maintain accurate records of daily activities, behaviors and progress
- Training will be provided in all applicable areas for each program
Direct Support Professional minimum qualifications include:
- a sound ethical foundation, dedication, creativity, commitment to building a relationship, sense of humor and ability to work in a team environment.
- This position requires auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100K/300K for injury and liability
Pre-employment Background Check Requirements: Criminal records, motor vehicle record, Bureau of Adult and Aging Services (BAAS), Division of Child, Youth and Families (DCYF), Office of Inspector General (OIG)
