Job Description

The Design and Marketing team wants to strengthen its ability to produce creative and effective visual content for our marketing campaigns and communication materials.

You will join a team of Product Designers and work closely with the Marketing (acquisition team), supported by the Lead Designer and integrated into a supportive design/marketing environment that promotes autonomy, continuous feedback, and skill development.

Your Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will create static and animated visual content, contributing to both the brand's reputation and the performance of marketing campaigns. You will be a force of proposal on creative concepts and will use innovative tools, including AI, to produce impactful assets.

Your Missions

Your main missions will include:

• Participate in the creation of Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns (concepts, variations, animations).

  • Propose and test new formats and messages to improve the performance of acquisition campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to produce new static and video assets (e.g., Google Gemini, Freepik, Figma, Adobe, CapCut, Kling AI, etc.).

• Design static and animated visuals for digital marketing (social media, newsletters, advertising campaigns, PR, etc.).

• Design and update pedagogical infographics and motion/video assets.

• Contribute to the evolution and consolidation of the graphic charter.

• Participate in creative monitoring, benchmarking creative trends, and advertising formats.

• Facilitate content management on the Hello Watt website with the SEO team and writers.

Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and motivated person eager to learn:

• Student in graphic design, brand design, or communication

• Mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma is indispensable.

• Skills in video editing and motion design.

• Structured and organized mindset, especially for managing video and marketing projects.

• Curiosity and interest in AI applied to content creation.

• Strong interest in energy, sustainability, and technological innovation.

• Good level of English.

Recruitment Process

• Discovery Call (15 min): A first phone call to understand your background, motivations, and to present Hello Watt in detail.

• Practical Case: A quick creation exercise to evaluate your graphic style and mastery of tools (to be done at home).

• Manager & Team Interview (1h): A meeting (preferably in our office) with the Lead Designer and a member of the Marketing team to discuss your test, talk about the missions concretely, and ensure the fit with the team.

• Welcome! Quick decision in the following days.
