• Prior medical front desk reception or customer service experience
• A commitment to accuracy - because proper registration and insurance verification set the foundation for all administrative processes
• A natural ability to put patients at ease

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

You can expect to work:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 am-5:00 pm

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of the front office - setting the tone the moment a patient arrives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking patients into the clinic
• Accurately collecting co-pays and balances
• Answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Verifying demographic information and insurance
• Scheduling appointments and supporting clinic flow
