Sr Nutrition Scientist

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Sr Nutrition Scientist to join their team. As a Sr Nutrition Scientist, you will be part of the Scientific Research and Development supporting product formulation, claim substantiation, and ingredient evaluation. The ideal candidate will have analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for advancing health and wellness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Nutrition Scientist

Location: Londonderry, NH

Pay Range: $40-$50/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift

Duration: 6-8+ months (potential temp to hire)

What's the Job?

• Provide scientific and technical guidance on product formulations, labeling, and advertising claims

• Support new product development and reformulation based on current science and trends

• Source and evaluate novel ingredients, delivery technologies, and sensory formats to develop consumer-relevant health solutions

• Gather and assess critical ingredient documentation and technical data to enable robust technical due diligence

• Drive early-stage formula development and evaluate technical feasibility across various dosage forms

What's Needed?

• Master’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, Biochemistry, or Nutritional Science; PhD and/or RD certification preferred

• Strong background in physiology and nutrition science

• Demonstrated skills in analyzing scientific research and study design

• Ability to apply logical reasoning and critical thinking

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
