Clerk Supervisor

Sr. Clerical Supervisor Position
Pay Rate: $17/hr on 1099 Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- Direct supervision of the mailroom staff
- Planning workloads and coordinating work priorities
- Arranging special Commission deliveries, mailings, and project requests
- Coordinating special mailing requirements with the Post Office
- Monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicles and trip-logs to ensure the accurate completion of various reports
- Assisting in obtaining vehicle repair estimates and procuring services from vendors in accordance with state purchasing rules
- Training employees on assigned tasks
- Responsible to fill the gap when a Direct Report under supervision is out sick, on annual leave, or has a scheduled doctor's appointment
- Ensuring operational supplies are available and stocked.
Skills Needed:
- Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and Outlook
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Ability to operate mail processing equipment
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
