Client Representative

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is expanding its Milwaukee team and looking for a Client Representative to work on behalf of the nonprofit organizations we partner with. The role is built around one thing: representing our clients well. You’ll work directly with members of the public at retail locations and events, introducing nonprofit campaigns, explaining their work, answering questions, and creating positive interactions that help build awareness and support. What will you be representing? GLO partners with nonprofit organizations running campaigns designed to connect with local communities. As a Client Representative, you’ll become familiar with the campaigns you’re assigned to and learn how to communicate their message clearly and confidently. Your responsibilities will include: Representing nonprofit client campaigns face-to-face Starting conversations and engaging with members of the public Explaining campaign information and answering questions Building rapport and creating positive interactions Supporting campaign goals and working toward team targets Working alongside the wider team at events and retail locations What you’ll get W-2 employment with weekly base pay Performance-based earning opportunities Full training and ongoing coaching Hands-on experience working with nonprofit campaigns Development in communication, public engagement, and client representation A supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop Who are we looking for? We’re interested in people who are confident meeting new people, communicate naturally, and enjoy being part of an active working environment. Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, promotions, or another people-facing role can be helpful. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, receptive to feedback, and able to bring consistent energy to their work. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Milwaukee area.
