Brand Ambassador

Why this role exists:  This is an entry-level, on-site position that represents a brand in person and creates positive customer experiences at events, retail locations, or community activations. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

This is a hands-on, in-person position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

A typical day may include:

1. Initiate friendly face-to-face conversations with customers

2. Explain brand offerings, promotions, and key messages

3. Support demonstrations, events, and promotional displays

4. Collect feedback and maintain professional brand standards

Who tends to thrive here: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
