Description: Position Overview

Engineered Yacht Solutions is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Global Brand Representative to expand sales and strengthen our presence throughout the marine industry both domestically and internationally.

This position combines inside and outside sales, requiring regular visits to manufacturers, marinas, boatyards, shipyards, and vessels while representing our portfolio of premium marine brands and vendors. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted resource within the yachting and commercial marine industries.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to collaborate closely with both our sales and service teams to deliver complete solutions for our customers and brand partners.

This is a travel-intensive position , with frequent travel throughout the United States and occasional international travel, primarily within Europe.

Requirements: Key Responsibilities

• Represent Engineered Yacht Solutions and our global network of premium marine brands and vendors.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calls, and customer outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, yacht owners, captains, engineers, marinas, shipyards, marine service providers, and existing customers.
• Travel regularly throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, as well as routine visits to our Savannah, Georgia location.
• Conduct customer visits aboard vessels, at marinas, and at boatyards to identify sales opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Attend and represent the company at domestic and international boat shows, networking events, trade shows, and marketing events.
• Collaborate with the service department to provide complete product and service solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and follow-up within company systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and brand standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new product offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience
• Marine industry experience (recreational, commercial, or yachting)
• Trade or technical experience preferred
• Business development experience
• Marketing experience
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively
• Passport with the ability to travel internationally (or ability to obtain one)
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Italian is preferred but not required.

Travel Expectations

This position requires frequent travel, including:

• Regular travel throughout South Florida
• Weekly visits to West Palm Beach and 
• Biweekly/monthly visits to Savannah, Georgia
• Attendance at domestic boat shows and industry events
• Occasional travel throughout the United States besides our three locations
• Occasional international travel, primarily throughout Europe

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
