Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations for high-precision aerospace components. This role will focus on improving manufacturing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring products meet strict aerospace quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and production efficiency
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
• Support new product introductions (NPI) from concept through full-scale production
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with quality teams to meet AS9100 and customer compliance requirements
• Identify and implement tooling, fixturing, and automation solutions
• Analyze production data and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3-7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace preferred)
• Experience in machining, assembly, or fabrication environments
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
• Experience working within AS9100 or similar regulated environments
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
