Job Duties

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Prepare documents as per clients' specifications in Job Setup.
• Perform document preparation tasks such as removing staples, repairing tears, unfolding large documents, and organizing files.
• Place patch sheets and affix smaller sheets to standard-size sheets as required.
• Maintain accurate records of time and volume for each project.
• Scan and index documents efficiently.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused customer service.
• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
