• LPN) Provide direct nursing services, mental health assessments, and treatment to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness.
• RN) Provide direct nursing and clinical support to individuals with mental health conditions. As part of a multidisciplinary team, assist with assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support overall treatment coordination.

Location: 2929 W 10th Ave Department Specific Information: This is an inpatient position with our Behavioral Health Solutions Center and is a 24/7/365 first responder position for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Compensation Psychiatric Nurse I (LPN): $30.12/hr – $31.62/hr Psychiatric Nurse II (RN): $39.06/hr – $40.56/hr Psychiatric Nurse III (BSN): $43.08 – $44.08/hr Language Differential: $1 – $2.50/hr Responsibilities & Duties LPN Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification and crisis interventions. Offer medical case management as needed. Assist consumers with psychological, social development, and rehabilitation. Coordinate medical care and intervention with staff and psychiatrist. Collect blood samples for lab work. Administer intramuscular medications. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with WellPower standards. Participate in team meetings, in‑services, and supervisory sessions as required. Maintain a trauma‑informed environment of wellbeing. Perform other duties as assigned. RN Conduct basic health assessments and monitor vital signs. Administer medications, including intramuscular injections. Draw blood and assist with laboratory coordination. Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to support medical and psychiatric care. Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate, timely, confidential clinical records. Support client engagement in care coordination and referrals to internal or external resources. Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision as needed. Foster a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented environment. Other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications LPN Graduated from an accredited nursing program and licensed as a Practical Nurse in good standing with the Colorado Board of Nursing. RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado in good standing. Minimum two years nursing experience; experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinic preferred. Experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness strongly preferred. Experience 1–3 years of experience working with consumers with a serious and persistent mental illness. Typical Physical & Mental Demands Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching; may involve lifting up to 50 pounds; requires manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment.
