Customer Marketing Specialist

To enhance customer engagement and success, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Specialist will manage lifecycle marketing programs, drive customer advocacy initiatives, and execute migration marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities: Build and execute lifecycle marketing programs targeting onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement based on customer data Develop and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to support marketing and sales efforts Execute migration marketing campaigns to transition customers from legacy products to the core EPM platform, ensuring smooth conversion Required qualifications: Three or more years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS environment Demonstrated experience in customer advocacy programs, including case study development Familiarity with product-led growth motions and migration marketing campaigns is advantageous Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Pardot Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
