Control Systems Verification Project Lead (F130) Jobs Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid role onsite 3 days/2 days remote) Working Pattern: Full-time What you will be doing Develop and implement verification strategies and plans. Lead a team through the verification process, including allocation, coverage, case & procedure development, script development, test execution, results analysis, and reporting. Communicate a clear view of all verification activities and technical risks to stakeholders. Lead investigations of non-conformities to ensure quality standards are maintained. Travel up to 20% between Rolls‑Royce sites and up to 10% other travel. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with 5+ years of product development engineering experience. Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering with 4+ years of engineering experience. PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Preferred Requirements Experience with ARP4754A, MIL‑HDBK‑516C, and related industry standards and guidelines. Project management and engineering experience focused on delivery of key engineering & schedule milestones while balancing budget constraints and risk tolerance. Systems verification experience.
