Position Overview We are seeking a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and shipping. This role is responsible for delivering on-time, high-quality products while ensuring efficient production flow and fostering a culture that reflects the Wait Industries VALUES. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all manufacturing departments, maintenance, and shipping operations. Ensure production schedules are met and products are delivered on time. Drive and maintain high-quality standards to meet or exceed customer requirements. Oversee staffing, training, and development to build engaged, high-performing teams. Monitor and improve production flow, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime. Collaborate with other departments to improve operational performance. Champion a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Lead in a way that demonstrates our VALUES every day. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing people in a production setting. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow. Demonstrated leadership with a track record of motivating and developing people. Strong alignment with the Wait Industries VALUES . Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
