ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive, customer-focused culture we have today.

I attended Florida A&M University and am incredibly proud of my family. My son has served in the military, and my daughter is a cheerleader at University of Georgia. Family, community, and helping others are values that guide both my personal life and my agency.

Giving back is a big part of who we are. We sponsor local high school sports and activities, support Building Strong Futures, and are proud supporters of the Washington Community Center and its fundraising efforts. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shametria Dixon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
